TickerForge is an independent portfolio intelligence and risk-analysis platform.

We don't build trading bots, and we don't sell predictions. We build observability tools for your wealth. Our mission is to help independent investors transition from emotional stock-picking to structured, engineering-grade portfolio management.

🏗️ The Origin: Systems Thinking for Finance ​

TickerForge was born from a simple realization: most retail investors treat their life savings with less rigor than an engineer treats a test server.

In the IT world, you never deploy code without Unit Tests, Chaos Engineering, and strict Data Integrity checks. Yet, in financial markets, millions of people invest their capital relying on delayed retail aggregators, "dirty data," and zero stress-testing against market shocks.

We built TickerForge to bridge that gap. We apply Systems Engineering principles to the stock market, giving retail investors the same structural visibility and risk-management tools that institutional quants use.

Everything we build is guided by three strict rules:

  1. Data Integrity Above All: We bypass retail data wrappers. Our fundamental metrics and DCF models are built on raw SEC/EDGAR filings to ensure institutional-grade accuracy.
  2. Risk Engineering First: Predicting the market is impossible; managing exposure is a choice. We focus on stress tests, margin call simulators, and beta-weighted impact analysis.
  3. Decision Architecture: We provide the math, the macro context, and the sandbox. You make the decisions. No black boxes, no blind "buy signals."

TickerForge is led by Anton Tkatch.

With over 20 years of experience in Solutions Engineering and IT infrastructure across APAC and EMEA, Anton spent his career turning complex, chaotic data into stable, high-value systems.

Frustrated by the lack of transparency and risk-management tools available to retail investors, he founded TickerForge to bring deep system engineering to personal finance.
