These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TickerForge website (ticker-forge.com), the TickerForge Telegram Bot, and any related services, content, tools, or channels (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use TickerForge.

1. About TickerForge ​

TickerForge provides investment analytics, AI-powered analysis, mock trading tools, educational content, and related services.
TickerForge does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice.

2. Eligibility ​

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
  • By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. No Financial or Investment Advice ​

TickerForge is not a financial advisor, broker, or investment firm.

All information, including signals, indicators, analysis, AI-generated content, suggestions, educational materials, and any other output provided through the Service is strictly for informational and educational purposes only.

By using the Service, you expressly agree and acknowledge that:

  • Nothing provided by TickerForge constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice.
  • You are solely responsible for any decisions you make in relation to investments, trading, or financial actions.
  • TickerForge shall not be liable for any financial losses, lost profits, trading losses, market losses, or any damages arising from reliance on the Service.

If you require investment advice, consult a licensed financial professional.

4. Use of the Service ​

You agree to use TickerForge only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Use the Service for any fraudulent or illegal activity.
  • Attempt to access another user’s data or account.
  • Interfere with the Service, servers, or security features.
  • Reverse engineer, copy, resell, replicate, or misuse any part of the Service or its code.
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to collect data from the Service without permission.

5. Community Conduct (Telegram Channels & Groups) ​

By joining any TickerForge public or private channels, communities, or groups, including on Telegram, you agree to:

  • Treat all members with respect and professionalism.
  • Not engage in harassment, abuse, hate speech, threats, or spam.
  • Not share premium or restricted content outside the group without written permission.
  • Not advertise, promote, or solicit commercial products or services without permission.

We reserve the right to remove users from groups or channels at any time for violations of these rules.

6. Accounts and Access ​

When using the TickerForge Telegram Bot or website:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, device, and Telegram login.
  • We may suspend or terminate access if we detect misuse, abuse, or violations of these Terms.

7. Subscription and Payments ​

Premium features may be available through paid subscriptions using:

  • Stripe (credit/debit card payments)
  • Telegram Stars (in-app purchases within Telegram)

By subscribing, you agree that:

  • Payment is processed via third-party providers (Stripe or Telegram).
  • TickerForge does not store or process card numbers or payment credentials.
  • Subscription access begins upon successful payment and may renew automatically (where applicable).
  • Refunds, if offered, will follow the applicable provider’s policies; some purchases may be non-refundable.

We may change pricing at any time; any changes will apply to future renewals and will be communicated in advance.

8. Intellectual Property ​

All content, tools, software, code, analytics, branding, designs, and materials provided through TickerForge are the intellectual property of TickerForge or its licensors.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
  • Use TickerForge branding, name, logo, or materials without authorization.

9. Privacy & Data ​

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain how we collect and process data.

10. Service Availability & Changes ​

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.

We may:

  • Modify, update, or change features at any time.
  • Temporarily or permanently suspend or discontinue parts of the Service.
  • Restrict access to some features for Free or non-subscribed users.

We are not liable for service interruptions, maintenance downtime, or data loss.

11. Limitation of Liability ​

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • TickerForge and its owners, developers, affiliates, partners, and contributors shall not be liable for any damages, losses, direct or indirect, including financial or trading losses, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption resulting from the use of the Service.

Your sole and exclusive remedy is to stop using the Service.

12. Termination ​

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if:

  • You violate these Terms,
  • We are required by law, or
  • Continuing service becomes impractical.

Upon termination, your rights to use the Service end immediately.

13. Governing Law ​

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Delaware, USA, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

14. Changes to These Terms ​

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
